Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Norway. The buyer is responsible for covering shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. All orders are declared at a low value to help minimize customs duties. However, due to recent regulations, some countries may still apply taxes upon import.

All orders are shipped with UPS.

Premade Items
Orders containing premade items typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on your location.

Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, please allow approximately 3 weeks for production, followed by 1–3 weeks for shipping. Products available for pre-order will be clearly marked, so you’ll know in advance.

 

Returns are not accepted, but if an exception is made, the customer must cover return shipping costs.
